Lay-by Terms & Conditions.

1. All lay-by goods remain the property of Smith Street Bazaar until the lay-by is complete.

2. No part of the lay-by goods can be removed or collected by the customer before the lay-by is complete.

3. A payment of no less than 20% of the total price of the goods must be made at the start of the lay-by contract.

4. Lay-by instalments must be made on a regular basis, or at least every 14 days during the lay-by term.

5. The lay-by form/receipt must be presented each time and instalment is made.

6. The customer must inform the Smith Street Bazaar of any changes to their supplied contact details during the lay-by term.

7. The Smith Street Bazaar may cancel this lay-by if you fail to meet the requirements of this contract. We will send you notice of this failure.

8. The lay-by will be cancelled if you do not rectify the contract requirement within 14 days of the failure notice date.

9. If a lay-by is cancelled, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price of lay-by goods will be charged.

10. Any refunds of payments will be processed and paid in line with the appropriate governing laws.

11. At the end of the lay-by, you must give Smith Street Bazaar at least 3 days prior notice of when you will pick up your goods.

12. If you do not collect or deliver your lay-by goods within 3 days of completing the lay-bay contract, a $15 per day storage fee will apply.

13. If the lay-by goods are not collected, or delivered, within 1 month of final payment, the goods will be sold.
